Standard Listing - One time payment $19.95.
Premium Placement Listing - One time payment $49.95.
Listing update fee - $10.00.
E-MODEL.NET reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Payments and Fees
All payments are to be made in U.S. currency.
No receipts or invoices will be sent by regular mail.
All payments are nonrefundable.
E-MODEL.NET will charge a Fifty ($50.00) dollars processing fee for each individual chargeback.

Shipping Policies
Shipping in US is by Insured Priority Mail.
For International shipping we use Global Priority Mail and International Express Mail. Since rates vary for different countries you will be charged an actual cost of shipping.
Customs and Import Duties Information: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from E-MODEL.NET/IFM Studio, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

All shipment shall be made to address indicated in the order form. If a receiving of shippment is denied for any reason on the first attempt, we will contact a client via submitted with the order e-mail address or a phone number. We will keep a returned item until a new shipping payment will be submitted.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from E-MODEL.NET are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Client Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental consent in order to sign up, and the orders must be made by a parent or legal guardian, in their own name. You agree to supply E-MODEL.NET with a current and truthful name, postal address and telephone number. You also agree that you are an authorized user of any credit card that you supply to us, and you understand and agree that we have an obligation to fully investigate any possible fraudulent credit card use.
